1. Definitions

• User: Any individual accessing or using the Platform.
• Account: A registered user profile on xcore.gg.
• Content: Any text, images, videos, links, data, or other material uploaded, shared, or displayed by a user.
• Third-Party Services: External platforms or services integrated with the Platform, including Google, Steam, Xbox (Microsoft), PlayStation Network, and Discord.
• exphub.gg: A registered legacy name of the platform that may still be found in some locations or references.

2. Description of the Service

xcore.gg is a digital platform that allows users to create and manage a gaming-focused profile, display gaming-related information and highlights, connect with other users, and discover gaming-related content.

The Platform is provided on a continuous improvement basis. XCORE.GG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.

If you are under the age of majority under applicable law, you confirm that you have obtained valid consent from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• XCORE.GG may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or third-party platform requirements.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the Content you submit or upload to the Platform.

5.2 License to XCORE.GG

By submitting Content, you grant XCORE.GG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute such Content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

5.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your Content and confirm that it:

• Does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Complies with applicable law and these Terms

7.1 Third-Party Trademarks and Game Content

All game titles, company names, logos, trademarks, and related intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

Their use on xcore.gg is for identification, informational, and descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with XCORE.GG unless explicitly stated.

XCORE.GG claims no ownership over any third-party trademarks or game-related intellectual property.

7.2 Third-Party Account Connections (OAuth)

The Platform allows users to connect accounts from third-party services, including Google, Steam, Xbox (Microsoft), PlayStation, and Discord, using OAuth or similar authorization mechanisms.

By connecting a third-party account, you:

• Explicitly authorize XCORE.GG to access and process the data permitted by you during the authorization process
• Acknowledge that XCORE.GG does not access or store your third-party account passwords

Access to third-party data is limited to what is necessary to provide the requested functionality.

You may revoke access at any time through the settings of the relevant third-party service.

7.3 Third-Party Services Disclaimer

XCORE.GG does not control and is not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or completeness of data provided by Third-Party Services
• Changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of third-party APIs or services

Use of Third-Party Services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

7.4 No Affiliation Disclaimer

XCORE.GG is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any game publisher, console manufacturer, or platform provider unless explicitly stated.

8. Game Data and External Information

Game-related data, statistics, achievements, or metadata displayed on the Platform may originate from third-party services or user input.

XCORE.GG does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data and shall not be liable for discrepancies caused by external sources.

XCORE.GG does not guarantee the accuracy or continued availability of data provided by Microsoft Xbox services, which may change or be restricted at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design elements, branding, and original content provided by XCORE.GG are the intellectual property of XCORE.GG or its licensors and are protected under applicable laws.

9.1 Platform Branding and Icons

The XCORE.GG platform logo, game device icons, game genre icons, and all related visual elements are proprietary assets owned exclusively by XCORE.GG. These proprietary elements include but are not limited to:

• The XCORE.GG logo and wordmark
• Custom-designed device icons for gaming platforms (consoles, PC, mobile, etc.)
• Game genre icons and categorization graphics
• Platform-specific UI elements and visual design components

Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of these proprietary assets is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from XCORE.GG.

10. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Users have the right to:

11. Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCORE.GG makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

XCORE.GG may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon publication on xcore.gg.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the country in which XCORE.GG is established.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
