Find old Ikariam friends & teammates

Island city-building and trade where alliances negotiated, betrayed and defended together. Names are what survive once a server is gone. Post the player name and server to find a former ally or rival.

Often it isn't the game you lost — it's the MSN, AIM or Xfire that shut down, the old forum or IRC channel that got deleted, the Skype or ICQ that no longer exists, the TeamSpeak, Ventrilo or Mumble server whose IP stopped working. Usually a nickname is all that's left — and that's enough to start.

1

Post what you remember

The nickname or character name, the alliances and islands, and roughly which years — small clues are often enough.

2

The community helps

Anyone can share your post or recognise the player. A Cores bounty rewards whoever makes the connection.

3

Reconnect privately

When the right person claims the post, you confirm it and you're connected on XCORE.GG. No personal data is exposed publicly.

Finding old Ikariam friends — FAQ

How do I find someone I used to play Ikariam with?

Create a wanted post with the Ikariam nickname or character name you remember, plus the alliances and islands and roughly which years you played. The post is public and searchable, so anyone who recognises the player — including the person themselves — can respond.

I only remember their username — is that enough?

Often, yes. A distinctive Ikariam username plus the server and era is frequently enough for someone to recognise. Add any memory you have (a guild, a team, an inside joke) to improve the odds.

Is it free to post?

Posting is free. You attach a bounty in Cores — XCORE.GG's internal points — which is paid out to whoever helps you reconnect. Cores are not money and cannot be withdrawn.
